• Contest refers to any skill-based giveaway or promotion operated by the Company.
• Affiliate refers to third-party partners, including but not limited to DegenCity.

• General Age Requirement: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Contest Age Requirement: To participate in any Contest or Giveaway, you must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise stated in specific Contest rules.
• Employees: Employees of TheDoctorSocial and their immediate and extended families are ineligible to enter.
• No Gambling Services: You accept that the Service does not provide online gambling services. Its sole purpose is to provide entertainment and information. We are an affiliate site, not an operator.
• Responsible Gaming: You agree to conduct any gaming on third-party sites in a responsible manner.

All promotions hosted by the Company are Skill-Based Contests and are not games of chance.

• No Purchase Necessary: A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
• Entry Requirements: To enter, users must follow the specific prompt, such as creative writing or storytelling.
• Judging Criteria: Winners are selected by a panel or random draw, based on creativity and originality, relevance to the prompt, community engagement, profile authenticity, and random draw.
• Verification: Winners must pass an "Age Verification Shield" and reside in an eligible region. See Geographic Eligibility for contest restrictions.
• Publicity: By entering, You grant the Company the right to use your Instagram and/or social handle and entry response for promotional purposes.
• Winners: The Company, in its sole discretion, will make all decisions regarding selecting Winners. The Company decisions are final in this regard. You agree and acknowledge you will under no circumstances dispute these decisions.

Our Service contains links to third-party websites, including DegenCity and Discord, that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

• Affiliate Disclosure: We may receive a commission or referral fee if you click on these links or sign up for services.
• No Liability: We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
• Financial Responsibility: Any financial losses incurred on affiliate platforms are Your sole responsibility.

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice, if You breach these Terms.

• Prohibited Acts: You may not use automated scripts, engage in "engagement baiting," spam, or harass other users on our Service or Discord.
• Security: You are wholly responsible for maintaining the security of your own login information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of the use of the Service or participation in any Contest.

All content on the Service is the sole property of the Company. You are not permitted to copy, share, or reproduce content in any form without explicit prior written permission.

Your access to the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

• Data Collection: We collect information via the Age Verification Shield, including Name, Age, Region, and Handle.
• Usage: Data is used to confirm eligibility and coordinate prize delivery. We do not sell or rent your personal identification information.

If You are a European Union consumer, You will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

United States: You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

• Governing Law: The laws of New Zealand shall govern these Terms.
• Dispute Resolution: If You have a concern, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

• Canada, excluding Quebec
• France & Spain
