Point Shop

The Point Shop lets you spend your Watch Points on real prizes and exclusive items. Browse the catalog, open an item to see its details and price, and claim it if you have enough points.

Watch Points are earned by watching TheDoctor's streams and being active in the community. Your current balance is always visible in the site header.

Items marked with a wager requirement are reserved for active players — you need the listed amount wagered on DegenCity under code THEDOCTOR before you can claim them.

Physical items ask for your delivery details at checkout and are shipped to you, while other items go through manual approval. Every claim is reviewed before fulfillment, and you can track its status in the Point Shop tab of your profile.

Yes — claims that are still pending can be cancelled from the Point Shop tab in your profile. Once a claim is approved or completed, it can no longer be cancelled.

An item may be out of stock, restricted to certain regions, or require more Watch Points or wagered amount than you currently have. Contact support if you think something is wrong with your order.
